From Monday to Thursday

  • 2 on-ice sessions of 90 minutes
  • 1 off-ice training session of 60 minutes with our Strength and Conditioning coach
  • 1 conference on topics related to high performance

Friday

  • 1 off -ice competitive games session of 60 minutes

  • 2-hour Scrimmage (GAME TIME)

  • Lunch powered by Tim Hortons

  • Skating execution (balance/edge, power, agility)
  • Individual puck skills (deception & dekes & passing)
  • Shooting while skating & on puck reception

Goalie Specific Training

Goaltender specific drills led by our goalie coach Alice Philbert. Alice will be present to advise our goaltenders on techniques and tactics specific to that position.

Off-Ice Sessions

Off-ice training sessions designed with the purpose of developing the following aptitudes: speed, agility, power and strength.

Conferences

Conference with our coaches on individual tactics and skills, the journey to the Olympics, sport psychology and nutrition.

3- By the End of May, we will email the list of athletes accepted.

I hereby give Hockey1329 Inc. its assigns, licensees and legal representatives the right to use my name/photograph/image/audio recording/video recording/ and likeness (“My Image”) in all forms and manner including but not limited to publication on Internet Web Sites, broadcasts and any other publications as released to or by Hockey1329 Inc.
