Eligibility

Regular Program

Open to female players from:

U9–U13 female leagues — A, B, House League

U15 female leagues — A, B 

Elite Program

Open to female players from:

U11-U18 female leagues — AA, AAA, Prep School

U11-U18 male leagues — A, CC, BB, AA, AAA and Prep Schools

Regular Program

Players will be divided in stations/groups according to age and experience in hockey.

Snacks and 2 daily lunches powered by Tim Hortons

7 hours of ice time

3 off-ice training sessions

Camp will start at 4pm on Friday.

Saturday and Sunday, activities will be held between 8am and 5pm.

  • Focus on individual skill development in a fun environment
Goalie Specific Training

Goaltender-specific training led by Olympian Alice Philbert, who works closely with goalies on position-specific techniques, tactics and game awareness.

Off-Ice Sessions

1 daily session of off-ice training. Off-ice training sessions designed with the purpose of developing the following aptitudes: speed, agility, power and strength.

Conference

Conference with our coaches or guest speakers on topics related to performance.
